In light of recent events, I feel it pressing strongly on my heart to call Christians to prayer. I will be organizing a Day of Prayer and Fasting for ALL OI children and adults, not only Tyler. Yes, my focus as an aunt immediately turns to my nephew, but I cannot forget the many other people out there who suffer with the same condition. When a date is set, I will be contacting ALL the prayer warriors who have been so amazing with alerting their churches, families, and friends to pray when Tyler has been in need.
One unified day to agree in prayer, with fasting, for the Will of God to be done in their bodies, their minds, their souls, and their daily lives. I DO believe in the power of prayer and I do believe that our prayers rise. I DO believe that my God CAN heal. I may not understand why He hasn't shown His power in Tyler's situation, but I still know that He CAN... not only in Tyler's situation but in other situations as well.
Be looking out for the Project:Tyler Day of Prayer and Fasting and then pass it on to ALL Christians, Pastors, church prayer teams, women's prayer groups, bible study groups, etc.

Call to Prayer!!!
Even while I was typing up the last blog, so excited for the (small to some) progress Tyler had made by moving into his own room again... I got a call from my mom. Only a short while after I got off the phone with my sister, Tyler was doing homework with his tutor and he reached the wrong way to move his heating pad.
They are now in the Emergency Room awaiting x-rays of Tyler's shoulder... pretty positive that it's broken. Johnny (Tyler's older brother) informed me that it's the Left shoulder. Please pray for The Monson family or simply agree in prayer as I pray (and type) for his healing.
Father God, I lift up Tyler, Lord. You see his pain and you see his suffering. In Your Word it says that "by His stripes we are healed". Father, today I thank you for the healing work you are already beginning in Tyler's body. Your word says that you are the Author of all GOOD and PERFECT gifts and Father we know that anything short of that is not Your Will. Lord, I pray for Tyler right now. Comfort him with your peace, the peace that surpasses all understanding. Surround him with your presence even in the hospital room. Father reach down and touch Tyler's body even now. Be with him and heal the pain. Father, comfort Kristie and Brad, give them the strength they need to stay strong for Tyler right now, Father. Hold their hands as they hold his. Father, fortify their family to make it through yet another struggle. Be with Tyler, Father. May your Angels keep watch over him where he is. In Your Holy Name, Amen.

Good News!!!
Tyler slept in his own bed last night!!!! He began physical therapy a few weeks ago and was taught how to use a shift board to get from his wheel chair to his bed then back in his wheel chair. He still can't put any weight on his legs, they are still far too weak... but it's progress!!!!
His mom told me she'd send me pictures of him sitting in the living room recliner!!! I'm sure he'll be so happy to see that hospital bed go bye bye tomorrow!!! So proud of him!!! :) He's handled this so much better than anyone would ever think possible for a 13 year old!
